We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist who's responsability is to complete all necessary steps to support them for any after sales issue they may have. He has ownership of the support tickets and his number one responsability is to make sure the support issues are solved. This position requires initiative, empathy and a problem-solving attitude.
You will work closely with the software development team and the QA team to debug code, correct errors, and troubleshoot issues with our hardware and software. You will perform in a well-balanced role, working independently and being a strong Team Player.
