THE COST OF A BAD RECRUITEMENT

According to a global survey conducted online by Harris Interactive in late 2012, more than half of employers of each of the top ten world economies admited that they made errors on their recruitment.

 

In the US, 27% of employers indicate that the cost of a single recruitment error is about 50,000 dollars. If the numbers are equivalent in Germany or the UK , Chinese employers are themselves 48% report a bad hire is a cost of around 49,000 dollars.
